Professional Experience:

After 24+ years Randy retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a proven leader with a strong record of success, leading, working collaboratively, and achieving results in operating and managing complex national security and criminal investigations at the field and headquarters level.

Randy conducted numerous national security counterintelligence investigations utilizing a wide variety of investigative techniques and intelligence capabilities. He established and led a regional national security working group and conducted numerous private sector awareness briefings to identify, mitigate and neutralize national security threats. As an FBI Supervisory Special Agent, Randy provided daily leadership and investigative oversight to a diverse workforce conducting Public Corruption, Complex Financial Crimes, Healthcare and Civil Rights investigations. He also developed and implemented international law enforcement liaison initiatives and conducted multifaceted Organized Crime/International Drug Trafficking investigations.

After leaving the U.S. Army and prior to joining the FBI, Randy worked with the Trane Company, Macon, GA, as a product engineer.

Military Experience:

Upon graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Randy completed the Army Officer Basic Course and OH-58 Aeroscout Helicopter Qualification Course, Fort Rucker, AL. During his military career, he was assigned to the 4th Brigade, 3RD Armored Calvary Regiment (ACR), El Paso, TX and 4th Brigade, 3RD Infantry Division, Katterbach, Germany. As an Aeroscout Platoon Leader with Pegasus Troop, 3rd ACR during Operation Desert Storm, Randy was awarded the U.S. Army Air Medal.

Education / Professional Certifications & Licenses:

Randy earned an MBA from Mercer University – Stetson School of Business and Economics and was awarded a Bachelor of Science (BS) Mechanical Engineering – Aerospace Engineering Major degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Randy is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (Member #576001) and holds a Tennessee Private Investigator (PI) License (Lic. # 8879).
