During his 24+ years of experience with the FBI, Special Agent (retired) Randy Bechtel never met an organization or individual who thought they would become a victim. As a result of this reality, Randy established Pegasus Solutions LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business and TN Licensed Private Investigation Company, to help organizations and individuals protect themselves and their assets. Pegasus Solutions adheres to the FBI’s Vision “Ahead of the threat” to mitigate organization and personal risk.
Unfortunately, almost all of the victims could have better protected themselves and their assets by obtaining verified information and having an increased awareness of their threats and vulnerabilities. Working with a network of retired experienced law enforcement professionals, Pegasus Solutions provides our clients with the necessary information and knowledge to mitigate risk through proactive executive background screening, investigation & risk assessment solutions, and awareness training.

Randy’s call sign as an U.S. Army aviator during Operation Desert Storm was “Pegasus 16” – hence our name: “Pegasus Solutions” and “pegasus16.com” . Pegasus Air Cavalry Troop was assigned to the 4th Squadron of the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas.
As one of the most recognized creatures in Greek mythology, Pegasus is a mythical winged divine horse visibly representing a warrior arriving to battle by air.
